Cello Security Response Process

When a security issue on a Cello TV is reported, Cello will immediately start working with the appropriate software team to resolve the issue.

Cello will work with our partners to resolve the vulnerability issue and improve the product.

This is an overview of the product security issue process:

Discovery

Cello is notified of a potential vulnerability issue in one of our products.

Investigation/Analysis

Cello reports the suspected vulnerability to the appropriate software team for verification. They will attempt to reproduce the issue for a full analysis of the potential problem. They may need to contact the person who reported the issue for clarification of the problem.

Mitigation

Cello in association with the relevant software team will develop a schedule for release of any necessary fixes.

Notification

The security update will be added to the appropriate security Bulletin and the software update will be released.
