Security Reporting

Ensuring the safety and security of our products for consumers is a key focus at Cello.

Introduction

Cello values all submissions of potential weaknesses that could compromise the confidentiality or integrity of our products. If you think you have discovered any such vulnerability Cello will work with you to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Disclosure Policy

a. Cello will provide an initial response within 2 working days.
b. Cello and it’s partners will check to determine if the reported issues are security vulnerabilities as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days.
c. Cello and it’s partners will endeavour to resolve the issue and issue a security update as soon as possible.

How to Report Security Issues

If you find a potential security issue with one of our TV’s, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible via email security@cello.tv.
To help us better address your finding please include the following in your email or complete the form below:
1. Model name and build number of the TV
2. If possible what version software is the TV running
3. A detailed description of the potential security issue.
4. Any other information you think maybe relevant
※ NB you can also report third party applications such as apps if you think they impact on the security of the Cello TV.
